i just got some 2x256mb stix of la, 440, and easily reach 335mhz @ 2.5/4/4/10. the problem is that whenever i go over 300mhz, the command rate resets to 2t. i have it set to 1t in the 9nda3+ bios(02/02, latest bios), but at any timings, it resets to 2t at 300mhz and over. i know sandra, etc, do not reliably report command rate, but my benchmarks @ 295mhz, 2.5/3/3/10 (around 7800-7900)are much higher than my benchmarks for 315mhz, 2.5/3/3/10(around 7000-7100). i know this mainboard will run at 1t over 300mhz, as i have been using 2x512mb stix of pqi turbo @ 320mhz 3/4/4/10 at 1t. i have tried all ram slots, cas 3 timings, and even trying to enable 1t (or disable 2t) using windows based apps like a64tweaker. any help appreciated. thanx.
