I have been trying to get the most fsb out of my 560 for a while now, according to cpuZ when the fsb goes over 280, it throttles it back.
It takes it right down sometimes by half, sometimes by 3/4, at first I thought it was heat and lowered the volts. Since then I have been doing some more tests and found even though cpuZ appears to be throttling, the performance is going up. 275x14=34pi 280x14=33pi and finally 285x14=32pi. Whilst I was running pi at 32sec, cpuz was claiming my cpu was running at 15x14, what is up with it.
Tryed reinstalling, is there any other tools out there, all that comes up in a search is clockgen, which doesnt work with 925X T2. Thanks
