but it is a really early chip, and I think i am limited by my HD (any HTT over 221 and my HD ID string is corrupted in the post).

Ok, the OC's of my BEST chip of every different model (I got at least 3 of each except for the 2.8 that was too bum to encourage me....

2.8C@3.0 stock cooler max volts.

2.4C@4GHz Chilled water at -5C STOCK VOLTS, FSB limited.

3.0E@3.9GHz Stock cooler max volts.

3500+ NC CG@ 3.1GHz 1.5V FULLY STABLE, HTT limited by DFI Ultra-D

I will update with my 640....

P4 3GHz Northwood @ 3.4GHz benchable 3.6GHz windows boots but hardlocks when i run superpi 1m.

I really need some new ram, once i get it ill run this thing up past 4GHz i hope!
