That processor should be okay with it aslong as its cooled sufficiently but if u change to a new .13 tbred then probably run it a bit lower

it shouldnt be a problem if u have good cooling on it.

I run mine at 2.15V for daily usage, no problems.
I've had a 1600XP at 2.3v for a year now with no problems.

double that wolf, had my .18 u 1700+ @ 2.25-2.31 on daily basis for over half a year with no problems - until the ATX connector on my late 8kha+ had a severe meltdown;):D

What's your load temps averaging? That'll dictate whether or not it lasts.

I would say cooling is mandatory for the cou, but, you also have to cool the Vcore regulators. The Mosfets and the other electronic parts surrounding the cpu need cooling. I mount a 120 mm fan within the case to assist cooling of those regulators and memory area. It might not be exactly pointed at it but it helps swish the air around inside to avoid the hot spots. The 2 rear mounted 4K fans quickly remove this heat from the cpu, regulators and dimm area.

Yes, it wil harm you cpu :'(
Because on this voltage you have a lot of electro smog.
