Just bought TwinMOS with UTT, some questions..

heya all,

I have orderd today dual 512mb twinmos premium aa4t (UTT chips) and i got some questions:

At voltage scaling of 2.5V-2.8V can they do 2-2-2? if yes, whats thier maximum fsb at 2-2-2 at 2.8V?
The reason i am asking this is that I am stuck rightnow with epox 8kda3j with no vmod, and as far as i know any try to use booster on this animl will cause death to the mobo, and I aint got the money to replace the mobo at this moment...

I don't think UTT can even do 2-2-2 at any speed with only 2.8V.

ok,and at more relexed timings (2,5-3-3) how do they preform?

Yeah, chances are they won't do 2-2-2-x with only 2.8v...someone I think hit 230mhz or something with 2.8v with 2.5-3-3-x. But I would guess less than that on average

The 512MB SP contains the new BH5 chips, not UTT. So that gives you a better chance of running 200MHz 2-2-2-5 with 2.8volts. All my BH5 has been able to do atleast 220MHz 2-2-2-5 with 2.8volts.

If he hasn't received them yet than he doesn't know if they are 1A4T or AA4T. If he got em from Newegg they are definatly 1A4T.

AA4T @ 2.6v you can do 2-3-3-8 up to fsb 220 .. with 2.8v havent try it yet..., i hope u received the 1A4T though..
