you can try rivatuner, or flash ur 2d and 3d clocks to what you want the oc to be

well its not that simple the temp is reported at 10 c even though my g card is at -10 and the bar graph is maxxed red how can i trick the card into thinking its at 25c all the time so thermal throttling doesnt kick in?

you can't, but I'm saying rivatuner has a 'force contact performance level' or something like that, it sometimes works

if it dosn't work, then flash your card to have the same 2d and 3d clocks as you are wanting to have the card run at, that way it can't throttle because afa the card knows it is running 'stock' so it won't throttle.

The cold throttle defintely exists, at least for me even with cold watercooling. Try an Asus bios on the card. It might work with sub-25c bug. Never tried it myself though.
