nVidia :
2003/2005 --> 75.90
2001SE --> 66.93/71.20 (had 32250 with the 71.20 and my GT)
Ati :
I'd like to know it too! :D
on my 9600xt i find the 5.3's best for 01 scores, in fact there best for all the 3d marks, on the nvidia front try the newer 76.10's, these seem to give great scores with my 6600gt's at least

I have had the best expirence with the Cat 4.12's so far. I got 23,000 with the 4.12's, I also tried the 3.7's, but the 4.12's got me a much better score. This is with the 9700Pro in my sig.

4.12 with CCC and AI advanced is the best.

i'd go with catalyst 4.12 as well, for benching. The newer drivers have better image quality, IMHO, but the 4.12's cannot be beat for benching, whether it be ATI's version or another.

01 use 61.34
03/05 use 75.90 I guess... I heard they are faster... I got 13.5k with win XP pro and 71.20s and going up 60mhz CPU, 22mhz ram, 15/10 gfx clocks, the "faster" 75.90 drivers, and a clean win 2k install only got my 100 points so maybe not?

Hmmm...well you can get Siamese twins though Persian cats are also quite good. I imagine they should help out in benching when u cant reach 30k or something. They're cuteness could give u comfort. ROFL :ROTF:
I'd go 4.12 on 9600XT and the 75.90 for the GT. the 5.x actually hinder oc-ability from my own experience with my 9600.
Good luck and its about time some cold benching with a 9600XT :D
