None of us can match the top crunchers ( Ronbo, etc. ) in d2ol, yet, but as a team we sure do have a large bunch of lunatic crunchers. And there is another group of us not too far below that! We definitely are cranking them out and starting to dominate!
We need to pump it up even more!
Sure seeing xtremesystems alot in the top crunchers for yesterday. :)

Nice I am going for 2000 thats my goal. The team goal should be set @ 40000 a day and Norway overtake by April 26th which I think is conservative.

I'm calling April 12th as Norway Over-take Day

2000 candidates per day? Hmmm...my P4 is humming along at 129/day, I guess I'd only need 17 MORE identical rigs, lol......

ouch... I have a 2500+ running at stock (166x11) that does 100 a day. It's a dedicated cruncher though... if your wife is using that computer a lot thats probably why.

mine is a 3.0c @3.4Hz on an ic7-g... it's an office 'puter that I use maybe 30 min's per day like quickbooks and stuff, other than that, it just crunches 2 instances!

Why doesn't someone who works at like CompUSA just install d2ol on all the floor model rigs, lol, wouldn't that be cool?

Well, hurry up and get that board modded, and sent back to me. No extended testing! :) A few hours and off it goes. Are you done yet?

As for this NCCH, I don't know what WTF. The nylon screws, and nylon hex nus didn't cut it. That friggin heatsink is useless. Can't get it tightened down . I don't even think all those MOSFETs are the same height.
I'm thinking epoxy, and smaller individual HSs and hope to God I don't need to RMA it. Obviously ( or maybe not ), I had to take the CPU HS's off, too. Going to reseat and look to get it tightened down good.
I've been wondering. If at idle, it was already 8, 9 , 10 degrees hotter - could you imagine what it must of been under load. I don't think it is 1 to 1. For instance, 8 degrees C under idle doesn't necessarily mean only 8 more than what it should be under load. It might be 18 , 15, or 20 more. So, if they would normally run 46-47 under 2 instances ( per ), Who knows, with bad contact they may be running 60, 62, 64...
Hopefully, I get it right... and get some time!

Everything should arrive very shortly after your chips and mem.... Working 12 -> 13 hr days every day will make it hard for me to work on during the week... ;) But I will bust ass for ya!

Talking about awesome news, I have an Epox 9NDA3+ (or something like that - an NF3 S 939 board) sitting stock, NIB. Somebody locally was supposed to mod it for me, but I think they were too busy or whatever ( the guy has a lot on his plate! ). I didn't want to push it. At any rate, one of our XS members has offered to do it. So I will be sending that off shortly. When it gets back, I'm either putting a Newcastle or Venice ( if they're out ) into it and clocking it til it cries for its' Mommy.
...gonna order coolers...
Hmm, Are we planning another system, somewhere down the road, RZ? :)
