View Full Version : Best drivers for Geforce 2 Ti?
LOL.
With me sending my card off to ViperJohn, i though it would be a laugh to bench with my old GF2Ti.
Looking on the orb, i see 7k, i reckon i can hit 8k easily, lol, im gonna be top, yay. :D
What are the best drivers to use? 41.09 40.72 44.03 i remember they were all good for my TI4600? :cool:

In benchmarks I have seen the 76.10 drivers perform the best.

24.10/12 was the best in DX 8.1...the 40.72's was the best for DX9 (havent firgured out this one since the GF 2 doesnt even support DX9)..
Havent ran my Ti200 or Ti300 for over 18 months now...so I have no idea how the new drivers react with them...

Ok benched at 10x250.
Video card stock, lastest drivers and only got a tiny bit over 5000.
Using 44.03 i got 5200 odd.
Wierd thing is my PC now thinks i ony have 768mb of memory, wtf???
Looking on orb they have much much higher scores with inferior CPU's.
I didn't format, just used driver cleaner.

As you can see I used 23.11.

Still gonna take a little work to be on top here. Cus even tho you have a nice clawhammer CPU. the poor GF2 is a serious holdup for it. Now i'm not sayin it cant be done, but ya will still need to push the card abit to overcome the bottleneck it creates to surpass there scores.
