CTKP

Those should be TCCD. Hard to tell with geil always rebadging the chips :( Would you mind trying 2.5-3-3 with low voltage?

Those should be TCCD.

Indeed, that's what I thought as well. But in this case they look just like the low latency stuff.

That cant be 2-2-2-5 timings. I get 34s with cpuclock at 2400 and mem at 240.

new bh-5 :)
suppose

CH-5 and BH-5 is finish ...
It's UTT :)
Geil is not idiot .... certified 200 MHz 2-2-2-5 ... UTT are fine for it and very more cheaper than TCCD :)

Afaik UTTs can't handle 200 2.0-2-2-5 2,6-2,8V.

My UTT (ch-5) at 2.75V can only do 177mhz 2-2-2-5, so it's probably the new UTT stuff aka bh-5.

Dram Idle 256 ???Why?
No miracle that the RAM goes so high.
The performance might be low then. Setting down to 16 for relalifeperformance and results!

That setting is said to give VX/UTT a few mhz boost, if you tweak it well, you won't lose much bandwidth.

run it at 230 2-2-2-x. UTT should do it with 2.9V-3.2V. Most TCCD can't do 230.

GEIL Ultra-X PC3200 is UTT BH-5, before it was TCCD.

All 'new' kits of this type/model of RAM, starting with PN1243 are UTT BH-5.

"GEIL Ultra-X module used to equip with Samsung TCCD. It was able to overclock with low voltage. People love Samsung TCCD.
Unfortunately, Samsung has stopped making TCCD this February. Therefore, we switch IC from Samsung TCCD to Winbond BH-5.
Winbond BH5 needs higher voltage to raise it's clock speed or overclock; standard clock speed require 2.5 to 2.65v, OC to 260 or 270 require atleast 2.85+.
However, there are only few motherboards support 2.85v; most of them are 2.8v top. "

Geil switched from TCCD to UTT(BH-5 I believe) a few months ago, there was quite a bit of fuss about it as people wanted TCCD based stuff.

Bandit- slacken to 2.5-3-3-7 and see how far you can push your RAM, if you can get much above 230 ish then its TCCD.
