Neo 2 Platinum Shuts off When Powered Up

I've got a neo 2 platinum and an ocz 520. I hit the power on button. The computer starts up and then dies. I never get a screen. The power led then flashes on and off. I'm really getting fed up with it. All I want to do is be able to use my computer. Is the psu bad? Is the mobo bad? Please help!!! :mad:

Ok, clear your cmos jumper.
Pull out power supply plug.
Press power button on case to discharge.

You might have to leave your psu plug unplugged for a few hours, but try it for a few minutes first.

I usually get your symptoms after I try to o/c too much in the bios.
I do the above and thenI'm back to normal.

Of course, you have to reset everything in the bios again.

I hope this helps.
If it doesn't then you have to consider other things like bad, psu, mobo, fans, etc.
