Just got these two cpus yesterday.
FX55 and 3000+
Let's see the pics fist:
0444 MPM lol

FX55 0507 BPMW corner with "T" lol

Man, this fx55 also rocks , but not really better than my 0438 tpmw
just play like 10~15 minutes though,
Super pi 1m and hexux pi fast:

Pi faszt:

Later I will do 3000+, I think that 'd be a good batch too. I tried a 0504 EPHW yesterday, but too bad,
got subzero problem on it. However, I think 0441~0448 won't have this problem:D (If I am right)
** BTW, I still think DFI 217 or 218 are better thn 310 bios.

nice OPB - that FX55 is under single-stage phase i'm assuming? I'm also interested to see how that winnie does under phase...maybe even cascade if it likes the cold! :toast:

However, you seem to have the Midas touch as all your CPU's turn to gold...
It would be much better than eating a crapload of noodles AND having a bunk CPU, eh?
(now that I htink about it an FX-55 probably only weighs like an ounce so it is about double the value / weight compared ot gold)

Can't wait to see your results on the 3000+ and how far you can push that FX55.
Do you still have your cascade because I think I read in another thread that you sold it?

That winchester is very close to mine.. mine is doing 2600mhz @ 1.57v (verified with DMM, bios and cpu-z show ~ 1.53v).
2650 is unstable at any voltage.. but i'm still on stock cooling until my 7700 arrives.. :D
You come to ohio and I get you some Traditional Japanese style "miso-lamein " for you.:D
So you're in Ohio huh... I'm in Columbus
What part of Ohio are you at? I'm gonna track you down and get some of these goodies you have :D

Just a little FYI, both the 3500+ and 3800+ Venices were "N"'s:

I would say they handled the "abuse" pretty well ;)

2001 is probably when AMD first used the IHS. I've seen some palominos with one.
Where is OPB? ;)
