Newegg, ZZF, mWave, excaliberpc, Chiefvalue are stores I primarily buy from.

Dangerden, Dtek, Aquastealth and Swiftech.
I had good luck buying watercooling parts over the years from these places.
compusa.com is always good for a decent price if they had stuff in stock.
like X800XT PE's... cause they sell stuff at MSRP prices, and ship really fast, when they do have good stuff in stock.

www.bestbyteinc.com
www.allelectronics.com (Fun stuff there)
FWIW,
I recently had some minor problems with SVC. They seemed kind of disheveled when I called in on Monday morning for help. They must of had some problems with orders and things over the weekend. Overall though they were very easy to get in contact with and eager to make things right.
I had a coupon code for $10 off Thermalright XP-90, but it somehow decided to add $10 onto my total. They supposedly credited my CC with my $20 back. I believe them, but I think it is going to take a little time to appear on my statement.
Also I found out they reuse their UPS tracking numbers, so until your package gets rescanned enroute, the tracking will probably look FUBAR.

Oh yeah, heres another one: www.gameve.com
I called up to cancel an order and was held on the line for not more than 15 seconds. I was able to cancel the order in under a minute without any fees or anything.

I've never used mwave or gameve.... opinions?
Usually I try to avoid California resellers so I don't have to pay TAX!! On an FX55, that's $70 in tax, and monarch usually sports free shpg and the same base price!!
