the best write up I seen so far came from anandtech just today.
alittle late, but great pics and great coverage.
not bad to see Opp and Fugger making it to a site with the kinda traffic that anandtech has either ;)

Reading through the article I came across this snippet
Sapphire was prominently at TXGF as a manufacturer and distributor of ATI video cards, and as the manufacturer of the first AMD Radeon Xpress 200 motherboard, distributed under the Sapphire TUL brand. You will have a hard time finding TUL motherboards in the US, but we are told that they will be widely available in Asia and Europe.
Whats up with that?! I was looking forward to seeing this board here.

Forget it, only 1,45 v-core and no volts options for memory.

What you mention below is not correct. The samples that we have do have VDIMM and VCORE adjustments, they are simply not exposed yet in the sbios.

Can you tell us what these options are, please?

Offtopic
I'm a Editor from OC-Zone PT, and the review it's out, and the final veredict depends alot of voltage options and overclocking ability, for our overclocking comunity.
Sorry, but why are hidding options in a sample for review?
To bad i here that know, if it was earlier i will mention that.
If the retail versions would have more options we make a correction.
