Worth going for X850 XT PE over standard XT if volt modding?

Here in the UK, the XT PE is just over 20% more expensive than the standard XT.

If I'm volt modding and watercooling (with a very good setup, I might add), is it worth the extra cash?

I just don't like the 20% extra cost for 5% extra default speed, but I'm wondering if the core quality is that much higher to get extra overclocks?
