ATIFlash Question

I'm trying to suck the bios off of my x850xt and ATIFlash continually tells me that it can't find the ATI Display adapter. Im using the newest version of ATIFlash and YES, the video card is plugged in.

Doing a "atiflash -i" shows nothing. Is there something special I need to do because the gfx card is pci-e.

No one here has ever had to flash the bios on a pci-e vid card?

Seems weird, especially for an OC crowd like this.
