x850xtpe (agp) benching problem

Hi my 1st post and unfortunately i need help.I'm not sure if i should be doing this or if it will be any use to any of you, but i've sent the bios from what appears to be an ati x850xtpe engineering sample (agp version) HERE (http://www.mvktech.net/index.php?option=com_remository&Itemid=26&func=fileinfo&parent=folder&filecatid=968) .It has samsung 1.6 and stock clocks of 540/590.Vgpu appears to be 1.41v,vddq+vmem are 2.1v.However this bios names my card as an R481 xt platinum edition and will not allow me to publish scores on futuremarks orb,even though i have approved drivers,see link:- http://service.futuremark.com/servlet/Index?pageid=/orb/projectdetails&projectType=12&projectId=650988
Could this be fixed by bios editing ? or does anyone know whats going on ?

it looks like u ve got an enginenearing sample, did u buy it?

u r gonna need 2 w8 some time until the card is normaly stock.
But I dont understand 1. Why did u buy the most expensive card that is know & it's AGP?
2. Where did u buy it? on a forum or normaly in a shop?

Are you using this bios on your X800XTPE or do you actually have an Agp X850XTPE?

I think he has X850XT PE, zipzoomfly has it, but X850XT for AGP :rolleyes:

R481, wow that's very fast; ATI did a good job in making the X850 XT PE for AGP, I think they are still going to sell quite a lot of them.

Maybe this will be my gfx card of choise if I'm going to build a Dothan-on-S478 setup.

yes it's an agp x850xtpe and i bought it for a good price,but i'd like to be able to publish my scores as clock for clock it is outperforming my x800xtpe.So will i have to wait for them to start retailing and then get a suitable bios ? or might this not even be bios related ? Once i've sorted this little problem i can get on with vmodding and then benching it properly.

I think you'll have to wait untill futuremark excepts the R481 :(
