Those capacitors look like they are the smothing capacitors across the supply lines, so their value shouldn't be too important, but I would think that they would be between 100nf and 1uf.

I know what they are. I am just trying to get readings on them. Looking at it there are 3 different kinds. Just trying to get readings thats all.

Why do you need the values? I doubt that you would be able to get an accurate reading from them tbh becasue there will be other, much larger capacitors in parallel with them on the card.
