has anyone does a work on tweaking the Display Card Rams Timings?

i have tried that for a long time, but i can still know the right way to tweaking the settings.......

i had running my 9600XT with Samsung -2.8ns (357MHz) @ 408MHz, but i didnt remember to write down which i have changed...

dose anyone know that? :(

I've always wanted to find out myself, but I think thoes who have settings that offer a boost most likely keep it close to their chests!
