*** D2OL Sig Changes ***

They don't work right now, but I am working on a easy solution to fix them. Keep an eye on this thread for changes.

I still think they worked after HTML was disabled. I posted at XR how php scripts as images could be abused and I think the XS admins read it so they disabled it. I wish they would have given you guys a heads up though.

So basically everyone needs to switch to static images.

If you haven't followed that, just go here and click on your sig and stick it between the [ IMG] [/IMG] tags.

BTW, Jew King, your sig doesn't work right now because they have spaces in them. I am working on a fix and they should be working again shortly.

Ok, if your image isn't listed in the static directory, run the setup guide again. For whatever reason, your data wasn't in the database. When running the setup guide, make sure the checkbox on #8 is checked.

There are security flaws in Microsoft's Internet Explorer that make having HTML turned on a bad idea. These flaws do not lead to anything serious but they can make browsing threads impossible. This is why HTML was dropped from the phpBB software a while ago and why it should be left disabled.

We'll have to try and get one of the XS.org admins to load them on the XS.org server for us since you can no longer display an attached picture files in signatures.

Run the setup page again to change the background or colors. That is the only way it can be done. After you make the changes on the setup page, it will take about an hour for them the new sig to appear (as I regenerate all of the background images once an hour).

As you probably have noticed, the old sigs work. However, I encourage you all to still use the static images or if you haven't been, switch over to them.
