Heres what i'm running:
White Water CPU block
DD GPU and NB blocks
Pro-120 Hi Performance Radiator W/120mm fan (114.7 CFM)

My temps seem kinda high, but i thought I'd see what you guys think. Where is the best place to stick the sensor?

CPU(can't get it under the CPU w/o it reading 50+,on side of block, don't know if this works or not)
It seems cool to the touch. The motherboard reads 35.

NB (on side of block, don't know if this works or not)
idle - 35.5
load - 37.8

GPU 6800
idle - 34

I'm hoping you find something wrong, I can't even OC as high as on air, use to be able to do 3.6 now can't even get 3.2

there is no good place to stick the sensor..

the general rule is if it doesnt crash its cool enough.

as per your oc problems, try remounting the block.. ditch the thermal probes as they arnt doing jack for you.

but one thing that i see that troubles me is your hoice in rad.. you have 3 blocks on there with a high heat cpu and you only have a sinlge 120mm rad.. that is really not even close to enough for all of those components.. I would suggest atleast a dual 120mm rad...

ok thanks for the info. Would getting one from an old car, or one of the black ice or what ever with 2 or 3 120mm fans things work better?

Yeah, temps lie.
I just installed a Freezer 4 (air cooling) and it "dropped temps" from 48 load to 35 load over a Zalman 7000AlCu. And you're getting 50+ on water? I don't think so. :)

Unless the block isn't mounted firmly and/or thermal paste is too thick or thin...

pretty much anythign with more surface area would work better.. If you want inexpensive go to your local autoparts store and pick up a 77 bonneville core with AC. its the 2-302. you can hack saw off part of the barbs that it uses to make them shorter (stock ones are relaly long and hve a big bend in them).

or you can go the black ice route.. the black ice's are a bit overpriced for what you get imo.

yea, just a little overpriced. Will check out the stores soon.

the black ice pro II are actually pretty decent it comes out to be around 58.50 at http://www.sidewindercomputers.com/blackiceproii.html IMO a slightly cheaper alternative than the weapon heatercore+shroud.

actually that one isnt price too badly. actually quite good. but it will have about 1/2 the performance as a sanace or panaflow 38mm setup on a weapon HC and shroud... but if you need it quiet then that is a god way to go.. stick some 25mm thick fans on there and ur good to go.
