I would say they would cool decent but would be very restrictive with decent flow.

I'd like to cool the following:
AMD Athlon 3500+
2x Geforce 6800 Ultra (430/1200)
and possibly HDD and chipset
I want this cooling to be silent, with decent performance.

You would be much better off with a Black Ice Pro2, which will cool better specially if you use low noise fans and will be far less restricitive to water flow.

Or (for the price of one of the rads above) I could get 2 of the Skoda car radiators:

dos in ur other post u didnt say you had to oveclocked 6800 ultras... this puts a serios wrench in the works as to cooling.
but i concur with ancients statement on this.. it will allow you to use low noise fans...
and btw, keeping ur budget under 200 just became out of the question with two video blocks
and btw, ditch the hdd cooler.. they are the most useless invention known to man. chipset block for most purposes is right under that... all reports indicate that hte nf4 doesnt need it.. it gets hot like a mofo but does 450htt while its hot as a mofo and is rock stable.. NOOOOO need to cool it better.
