Cant even get into windows at stock? :\

I was benching 3dmark 2.8ghz DTR 1.85V and 445/940 on my 6800nu when nature hung so I restarted, got into windows, and clockgen wouldent open. I closed it in task manager than windows hung up. Now it hangs at the same spot every time I try and boot even at stock 1.8ghz. I got into safe mode fine but windows wont boot. I left it at the frozen screen and it eventually shut off. What did I kill? :p: shuts off right as I turn it on now.

Uh oh I'm not seeing any water (compressed air under everything and a hair dryer) and it still turns off. Looks like theres some corrosion around a PCI slot :(
