Hey fellows. What amazes me was my complete devotion to the Pentium madness which overtook me like a virus since a very kind friend gave me a 2.4C a while back (thanks B.S.). Overclocking these Pentium's resulted in a minimum 1000MHz OC off the top without Vcore increase.
Sure the pipelines were speological fodder, but Intel marketing knows whendumies like me see 4GHz we think we've conqured the world.
Along comes a friend named JNav whom has been very kind to me, and I'd like to state here and now his reputation for trading is just great. In fact I'm always stroking my own ego about how "giving" (which defeats the purpose of humility (I'm learning)) I am in trades, and just realized how giving JNav jas been to me.
OK I know your all saying "SHUT-UP we went to see 9.0GHz at O.0Vcore with a 1960 Univac." But in all the Pentium madness I just couldn't get past 6400MB/s even at 4.2GHz with every memory imaginable including DDR and DDR2.
I finally hit 7GB/s memory bandwidth overclocking an
ADA3500DIK4BI
CBBFD 0431UPMW 1
025615H40127
on the DFI LP NF4-U H20 cooled with Corsair's COOL system, and XPERT memory running at just a 235FSB 1:1 ratio 5xHT, and without the need to touch ANY of the voltages!
One question when I Disabled CMD I ended up with 5800MB/s bandwidth at same speed?
