Is that a C1 or D1 stepping CPU? If it's a C1 that's a pretty darn good chip but if it's a D1 it's not that great.
The last D1 P4 i had was a 2.26b that did 4ghz (1.675v) with plain old watercooling. Just for s**** & grins on christmas day i stuck the whole box outside (-12c ambient) and got a superpi stable 4.4ghz from it and 3d stable in the 4266-4333mhz range. It was more than the PSU could handle which ended the fun.

correction....i have d1, and after double reading your post, i decidied to o/c some more. And now more recent clocks. i hit 3850.00 at 1.9 volts, roughtly between 28-32C. not sure if this compairs still but im sure at 2.0 volts i could hit 3.9 possibly 4.0 with better ram.

i will post pictures of setup and cpu-z Screenies
