I have an opportunity to get 4 2.0Ghz Xeon ES CPUs that ALL have the 2MB L3 cache. Like I said...MP. And I can get them all for about $1500. Should I do it? Who wants to see a 4-way Intel system? I do.

you do realize that a 4way processor board wont have any O/C features right :) they are meant for stability.

Get em, play with them till you're bored, then sell the rig as an insane server :)
Seems like it'd be a monster if you can get a board for all 4.

I'm not quite sure I fully understand your post. Do these come with the mobo for them already, or do you need to buy it seperatly?
If it comes with the mobo I would do it, if not I wouldn't. In fact if it comes with the mobo and you decide not to buy them I would be ready to buy them.

something to look for is a Mobo that supports 4 and has a clockgen for it. That would be great. If you get it, fold for our D2OL team.
