Wow that is good.. The insurance company sure got his ass... I bet they were laughing their asses off..
the last laugh was on him.
dang that is one fine story, and stories like this provide some hope into your judical system. when i reached the point where he won, i was like wtf. reading the comment of the judge made me chuckle, smart guy that judge, seeing how dumbo beat the insurance company with their own weapons so to speak. and their comeback.. sounds classic priceless stuff.
a box of cigars, $200
fire insurance for the cigars, $15
smoking them and getting paid for the "loss" by the insurance company, $15000
getting sacked for arson, priceless.
