So I went to CompUSA today to see if they had any centon modules with TCCD. All modules were Elixir crap, with the exception of the last 3. Inoticed that they had the Brainpower 808 PCB! So I bought two, and here are the markings on the chips:
CENTON
2A 0447
CE32MX8X8-5DVT

Edit: Stickers on both sticks say:
CENTON
Electronics, Inc.
512MB PO#179147
512MB PC3200
IITG18TVC
Assembled in Taiwan

Both sticks have Module rev B6U808 on them.
Is this TCCD rebadged?

WOW!
I guess not!
I can't even get them to do 220mHz 2.5-3-3-8 at 2.8v or less. Back to the store they go.
Damn, was a great PCB tho!

i had centon sticks with BP 808, i got them from an RMA, but sadly they also needed to be RMA'd, sent them back out today.

so far centon is 2 for 2 on giving me faulty sticks, i'm only using those as value ram though.

i think that memory might be Kreton.

TCCD sticks only have TCCD on the actual chips. If the sticks don't have Samsung TCCD actually on the chips, then they won't be relabeled TCCD chips. So far, I haven't heard of any manufacturer relabeling TCCD chips with something else, except maybe for Geil.
