How to upgrade a Neo2 to a Neo4

I am using the rig in my sig. The two raptors work @ raid 0. I would like to upgrade the mobo to neo4 ( pcix ) and i have of course a new video card for pcie. How should i do this without loosing my data in the disks?

i'm afraid the controllers arent compatible so your going to have to reformat, as i had to do - i am running a raid 1 array, however going from the neo 1 (nforce 3) to DFI (nforce 4) i had to back up my data and reformat

just back it up on another hdd or some dvds.
