View Full Version : TCCD 449 dual kit with different PCB's?

Hi!

I receive today a 2x512Mb kit with TCCD chips 449, but each stick with different PCB...
One has B6U815 pcb and the other has B6U808 pcb...
I don't have my board yet, so what must I do? Exchange one of the sticks in the store? Wich one to keep, B6U808?

Or this will not matter at all? (I don't think so)

btw, my objective is overclocking...

Well, it seems they will swap this kit by another with 451 chips and B6U808 PCB :)
Does someone knows anything about 451 TCCD chips?

"they" are Aquapc, in Portugal.
They have what they call Aquapc PC3200 TCCD series, 2x512Mb PC3200 with brainpower pcb without heatspreaders, 219euros.

Well, sad to say to you that they don't ship to USA because shipping costs and taxes.
They also said that this series are ending and that they won't have more.
I got lucky because I think they only have now my kit in reserve, to be swapped by this one with different pcb's.

Hi!

For performance, you can search in some "Pedro Rocha" topics. He is an xtremesystems moderator, besides top art overclocker and portuguese :)

See the link I put above to the aquapc forum and you will see some screens, including pedro rochas's ones ;)

And about shipping, sorry but I think they are out of stock now...

They allready exchanged my kit...

Now I have sticks with 501 chips and B6U808 pcb...

My DFI SLI-DR arrived today, so I think I'll have news of this kit overnight :D

I have one of those kit's too, they reach in my old neo2 at 2,8v 295 1:1 2-3-3-6 i didn't tried yet on my dfi ultra

Seems like that they need a little bit more voltage to scale on this dfi (reported by pedro rocha) about 3,0v or a little bit more to hit 300htt something like that...at same timmings.
