Anyone have an opinion on which is the best set? I have 141mod right now...but hoping there's something better.

It depends on what your components are. For my system (see sig) 1.37b modded by trats is the best by far, the link for it is in the Neo2 tips and tricks thread in the best of AMD section.

But if you have TCCD or your trying to use a winnie with phase-change then one of the later ones might give you better results.

Yeah , I know this is gunna sound stupid , but would you know if my G.Skill is TCCD? I do have a Winny, but no phase change.

all g. skills are TCCD's

And the 1.36MOD seems to be the most popular BIOS since it is the only one so far that the extra overvolt options do work...13-18%
