View Full Version : anyone hitting ddr600 on intel boards ? 875 is what I have
Hi
guys Im curious if anyone is hitting ddr600 with something and if so what would that something be ? :)
oh yes on intel, I have a 875

2.4C's can do 300FSB+ on good air(rare) or water, but I've never done it. Higher chips can do it on 875 too, but you'll need really nice cooling. Personally I run 240x15 on the i875P.

with my old Geil 4200 I was hitting 310 on a P4P800 and a 2.8C.
I later sold the ram to Tedinde here, and I know hes been running it in the 300 range since he got it. 300 isn't too hard with the right ram on P4's.

P.S. Foxie3a - yes its rare, but its even more rare for ram and Id really like to find some :)

305 stable to be exact. I can get 312 out of my ballistix with the slackest timings. This geil memory is probably 2 1/2 years old and still going strong.
Ive always had good luck with geil.

I dont belive You will finde any motherboard with 875P chipset that runs 300 fsp 24/7.
Maybe If you mod the hell out of it ;)
