Hi!
I am tryint to achieve a 310 FSB in order maximize my PC capability (or just to feel good about my mem). Right now I can hit 300 stable at 2.5-3-3-10 2.7v with my Patriot XBL.

Right now I am testing 305 FSB
Here are my new settings:
cas 2.5
4
10
4
10
14
2
2
1
3
4708
1
Increase
128
level 1
7.0
5.0
auto
enable
16
7x
enable (it was disabled but couldnt pass a single run of memtest #5 now enable is already doing 15 passes)
If I can achieve 305 stable I will try 310 and then will try to tighten my timings a little as I dont like those ugly 4s there.
Any help to achieve my goal will be appreciated.

Just give your RAM 2,95V and you will go wherever you want! :D

Well, the newer TCCD Chips actually like a high vdimm, my TCCD437 always liked a push of 3,3V to reach 300Mhz with high timings or 260 with Cas2.

But mine seems to work better a low voltages. For instance at 2.8v 300FSB I get memtest errors but at 2.7v no errors at all so I dont get it. How can I check what TCCD version I have?

You can take a peek or open the HS

look here : http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/showthread.php?t=53036
