I know there is a thread saying that TCCD memory is dead, but this just came in from Legit Reviews and has quotes from Corsair, Kingston, Mushkin, and OCZ saying that everything is okay with their supplies. Corsair actually stated they have 6 months left on their contract and all is fine with the TCCD IC's.

In other news this article hints that CH-5's are back and maybe others. Could BH-5's be back in production?

yup, so no matter how you look at it 2-2-2-5 DDR1 memory will be around still. It's not like it is going to be gone overnight! :banana4:

what is the pricing on those right now? Would be interesting to see if prices go up with the hype or not. As they say better safe than sorry.

Good, glad to see that 2-2-2-5 is not suffering form "necrosis." :rotf:

Like I said in the "TCCD disappearing" thread, TheInq isn't that great of a source, we should wait until our known sources like all the memory reps on the board tell us to jump on the remaining TCCD. Besides, there will always be something that can run 2-2-2-5 at 200.
