just found this one on a forum, is this for real? g.skill ram with yellow heatspreader?

DDR2 series has those.... Those ARE DDR2....

And if you look in OPB sig, you will see the G.skill future!

From the place where I got those pictures, it is clearly stated thats DDR1 (TCCD stuffs) ;) its in Vietnam by the way :p

Is there any different oc between the others GSkill w/ no heatspreader ?

Should perform less than the other ones.
According to their site, the sticks have Hynix D43 or Samsung CC chips, and they seem rated for 233Mhz, 2.5-4-4-8. Not very impressive, IMO.
Also a reason why they're much cheaper as the TCCD sticks.
