This is my 5th phase change unit thus far, and i like it better then any of my other one's iv built,Having my own machine shop help's a lot with some stuff but what kill's me is i sold all my HVAC gear a long time back thinking i dident need it  Specs are, Tecumseh 3100 BTU Compressor Model# 46205450 - ek672
ph1 lra 23, Cut down Copper/Alum Condincer, Self made Evap,I have about* 80" of .028 Bullet Cap tube on it now,3' braided steel suction hose and 2 dryer's, in this pick i had the cap tube out side the block, i have since moved it inside the suction line and added closed cell to all of the low side,Ill have pic's of it 100% done tomorrow but for now this is what i have.

The charge is R-290 with a little 134a,In that pic it was only on a verry small amount of R-290 and i dident run it long because it dident have much oil in the compressor at the time,Tomorrow ill flush it,pull a correct vac on it, reoil it up and charge it fully, then get some temp's :)

I got the hose from my boy gclg2000, me and him use each other for diff phase change stuff, i have a machine shop so i machine some evap's for him and i get all my stuff phase change wise other then copper line (brazing rod's,dryer's,condincer's,ect) from him.Does any one know where i can find the full data sheet on my compressor? like HP rating and all that.

Just got the truck packed for my trip tomorrow, gona test the system after i charge it up, brought some new cap tube also,i think i have a lot less then i stated above, more like 56" from what i measured tonight..not sure how the heck i cut it that short but i guess i did.

Your loaded temps are quite a bit higher than your idle temps.. try adding more refrigerant, it sounds like it's undercharged.
