Man i wish i had one, how long does it take for this one to really cool down? Bet they are damn quiet too...

It doesn't take any more than 10 minutes. Phase change systems never really take a long time to cool down when they are DDed.

Gonna put my new LGA775 3.4EE ES under the VC LS. I decided to try my hand with the new form factor but wanted to keep my BH-5 and X800XT PE AGP card (I now actually own two of each as I am building a complete new system). The DFI 875P-T was the logical choice for this. I have the 775 kit for the LS and will be starting the build tonight. I probably won't finish until tomorrow evening as I am very thorough in my work. Tonight I will prep the case and start with the MB install. Who knows, maybe I will have first boot tonight....but I doubt it....unless I work all night...hmmm.

Is it loud?

It's not too loud, sounds like a little fridge. It's probably noisiest when the compressor first kicks in... then some fan noise and a bit of gurgling... the fan's are fully adjustable of course....
