Can I install Windows with VC LS?

I want to biuld a system from scratch and then install all the software while still using a VC LS. I know this uses a specific "Chill Control" software that I won't be able to load until this is complete. Can I do this?

If the LS is like the XEII I'm using, you will have to wait until you have installed windows to play around with your settings, but that's all.
