I'm planning to go for 64bit on S939, and I was looking for the Processor.
I selected a A64 3000+, I only try to reach 2.5ghz, with watercooling that shouldn't be a problem, right? Higher chance to reach more than 2.5 than less of it?

But should I go for Winchester or Newcastle?
In Germany they cost about the same

Winnie: 120€
Newcastle: 126€

And when I'm also asking, which motherboard to go for?

well if it's 939 and you want 3000+ or 3200+ all there is is winchester ;)

As for motherboard, AGP - MSI Neo2 Platinum, PCI-E - any of the new DFI's. :)

oh yes forgot to mention:

Motherboard needs AGP, SATA onboard controller would be good, and should be good with BH-5 Ram with a pc2700 SPD-ROM...
