Taken delivery of a new FX-55 processor from Rainbow-IT in UK - the only UK online retailer with any in stock!
How have week 40 chips been doing guys?

no 2 chips overclock the same, the only to find out is to go for it

At first gonna try the stock heatsink as it seems rather impressive. Then will move onto the XP-120 and delta combo - maybe get the Swiftech MCX6400-V Extreme after that.
Unfortunately limited to air cooling.

which one? it rotates
the retail heatsink for the FX-55 is rather rubbish, no good at all for overclocking

Well so far on the (utter crap) Abit AV8 i cannot even 3dmark at stock! That POS uGuru shows 55C cpu temp idle for heavens sake.
Cant wait to get the Neo2 put xp120 over it!
