Mach II bootloader program help

Hiya guys Thought some of you might be able to answer this question!!

I'm trying to use the bootloader program for my Mach II GT but its not detecting my mach II. I've checked in device manager and everything checks out!!

Any ideas??

found out it was my hardware monitor messing it up!!! All sorted now!!
