v4.1 and some of the v4.2 are TCCD, they're good for 275Mhz 2.5-3-3 in 512MB sticks. 256MB sticks go ~10mhz higher.

I never really did like corsair, except for their bh-5/tccd stuff which wasnt too bad.
And your english is fine, Negroo, no need to apologize.
Are you making a buying decision or do you already have them ?

i`m about to buy 2x512 and would like something good. actually i´m using 2x256 adata bh5 and getting 240 mhz 2-2-2 with them, but i would like to overclock some further and get 1gb
ill probably go for pdp xblk which are known to be good overclockers and have tccd chips too.
bh-5 are nice chips, if you get ~3.8V you might expect around 275~ or more.
Anyway Gskill or OCZ is my choice if TCCD ram is needed.
and which company is using the BH-5 chips?

Well, I have one of these. From how I've tested it so far, it appears to be limited at 230mhz FSB normal timings. I'll post more as I find out.

BTW : anyone here has tested rev 5.2 C2PTs ? I have 1 GB kit at work, but I can't void the warranty so I cannot find out what chips those are using.
