Like I said what type of gas to use for a Danfoss TL4F. And what temps to you think i will see with this unit "stock" as it comes in this pic. http://www.ocforums.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=36557

Second question will swap the condenser for a larger really makes any difference? to temps or will I have to if I use a different gas...btw I want the coldest temps I can get from it and still keep it a 24/7 rig(it will run all the time or at least once it warms up so I will have the pump come on like every hour and the compressor when the water in the res gets above a certain temp...so it is always ready to use...)

ANY input will be welcome…it will also be in a sealed case with insulation to stop compressor noise…

You can't seal and insulate the compressor, it will get to hot and burn oil or worse start a fire. It must be either left open to the air or cooled with a fan (i would reccomend 100cfm+ if its in a case)

I'm putting my direct die setup in a case, but it'll have air going through the case, along with a 120mm fan blowing directly on the compressor.

R404a, R507a, or propane (r290) would be best. Just make sure you pull a good vacuum if your using propane.
