2*256 are rated at 300 1t, its the 2*512 that are 2t.

and i found that the MB cant use with 1.0 or 2.0 LDT, is it the CPU problem or the MB's?

hi hkalex,
i have the same mobo and la-editon,too.
i can run 318 stable on 2,5/4/3/5 like u. i think with this mobo u cannot go any higher (stable).

My NEO2 maxes out stabel at 310 as well:( tryed all BIOS versions amd nothing. tryed changing nb greece, and everything else, but 310 is the max for sure. my g.skill LA (2x256) will do 312 2.5-3-3-10

I think you're dealing with a motherboard limitation here, not your memory. It's 'only' nForce3 after all :D.
The stuff should do DDR600 2.5-3-3 1T with very low (<2.9V) voltage.

wow this looks like the ram I may buy for my Venice when I get one. 310 doesnt sound bad to me at all, it could be your ram, mobo or ondie controller limiting you. Have you tried T1, T2 and playing around with timings such as 2.5-3-3-x and 3-4-4-x to see where you end up at? can 512mb sticks also do T1?
