Help!

Need some help, Im trying to identify a chip I got from a buddy. He has had it laying around for some time and says he has no idea where it came from. I thought I would take it home and stick it in a backup machine or maybe stick it on water and o/c the crap outta it....I've looked all over heck and cant find anything on it...

Its obviously a 533Mhz 1mb cache chip...

I don't think there is HT on 533mhz ones, just 800.
