I gotta HUAYI compressor out of a water dispensor and it doesnt seem to work. i ripped out all of the inner workings of it while i was in the garage and kept everything intact and plugged it in and nothing happened. then i rememberd that it turns off when the water is already cold so i unhooked the temperature cut off thingy and just hard wired the compressor to the plug. and it doesnt turn on.
I was wondering what the problem could be. I thought it might be cause one of the lines is slightly kinked but shouldnt it at least try to turn on? I know theres no short in the cables cause when i touch the wire to the contact on the pump, there are light sparking.

anyways, i want some answers bout what might be the problem and i also wanna know how much HP this thing has... its probably only like 1/10hp but i wanna double check.
