quiet 40mm fan needed

dont know if artic cooling make 40mm fans, if they do they should be really quiet :)

I know that Papst have 40mm fans.
Have one myself, and it's pretty quiet.
Another brand is Titan (think they're mostly sold in Germany), which have pretty quiet 40mm fans too.
