That's not far off the 3300 I get with 9800 XT at 500/405.

its a 1500+(1333) 0.18 palomino 1.75v stock @ 1910mhz 2.0v
That's what I use after I broke my killer mobile 2600+ that did 3ghz...

grats man, you really need a dothan/a64 for that sucker,
i reckon for 05 the phase would work better on gpu if you have a more powerful cpu.
but very nice for an old rig

Nice score! :) I felt good when I got #3 9700Pro in 2K1 a couple days ago on all air, but that is very impressive clocks on GPU there! :D And I don't think CPU makes much diff in 3DMark05 with these cards... too GPU limited ;)
