I've decided to get either 512mb of Ocz Plat 3200 Rev2, 512mb of Ocz Gold Vx or 1gb of value ram.. Which would u go for?

512 OCZ, sure it wont be a gig but once u get the MHz of it up and the timing really tight it will run very nicely for you
