Quick RAM Question

I know this probably been beaten to death,

but will this memory,

allow me to run 1:1 with my 3000 winnie on a K8N Neo2.

The chip does 260 fsb no problem, I am using OCZ3700EB right now and I have to run at a reduced multiplier for stability.

A quick yes, no, or if you have a better suggestion I would really, really appreciate it.

That ram is officially capable of DDR550 = 275mhz FSB. It can most likely go even higher (maybe 300mhz) if you loosen the timings.
